Inspired by the scenic sets of renaissance theatres, the forced perspective backdrop became the main narrative element of the show. By basing the surrounding buildings on basic building typologies, the imaginary city was intended to be anonymous yet familiar. The dimensional towers that flanked the stage and live imag on the billboard further blurred the lines between virtual and reality.
